ProStar CRM is a Hosted Customer Relationship Management Software that integrates the Open Source architecture of SugarOpenSource CRM with ProStar Lead Manager (formerly the iLeadMachine) and Contact Center Anywhere.  Features include Real Time Intelligent Lead Distribution, Dynamic Web Form Design and Campaign Management for both on line and traditional media.

ProStar Smart8 is an intelligent call routing dealer locator that provides companies with the ability to route Inbound 800 calls automatically according to each customers business rules.  There is no software or hardware necessary and the system integrates with all phone systems.  Users can view browser based reports over the internet to determine real time success of campaigns.  The software is hosted  and authored by Promero.

ProStar Lead Manager is a hosted software software developed by Promero. ProStar Lead Manager is the perfect tool for corporate sales and marketing directors, owners of franchises or retail chains who have a need to develop and distribute leads via the internet.
